Refunds Policy

At Classpert, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Cohort-Based Courses
Unless a specific course provides its own refund policy, the following terms apply. Courses with unique refund conditions will clearly outline their rules on the course page and/or within the LMS.
- Refund requests must be submitted before 20% of the course duration has elapsed. For instance, in a 10-week course, you must request a refund prior to the end of the second week. In a 4-week course, the request must be made before the start of the sixth day. This calculation is based on calendar days, not course activity or attendance.
- If your enrollment includes physical materials (such as books, hardware kits, saas subscriptions, or other equipment) and you request a refund within the timeframe specified in point (1), the cost of those materials will be deducted from your refund. You may choose to forgo receiving these materials, in which case no deductions will be applied.
Solo Courses
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Refunds will only be granted if you have accessed no more than less than 25% of the course content.
- If you have downloaded any textbook, bonus materials, resources, or files, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at hello@classpert.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Refunds are issued at our discretion, in accordance with the terms outlined above.
We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with these policies or are suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
