His courses have over 510,000 total students and more than 123,000 reviews. Kain’s average rating as an instructor is 4.5. Not bad, is it?

Is Achology legit?

Achology, The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, is headquartered in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland. According to LinkedIn it has 35 employees.

Is Achology recognized?

Well, in the reviews, more than 55% of students recognized the quality of their courses rating it as five stars, which is an excellent sign.

More than 353,000 students have enrolled in at least one of their classes and Achology has received over 88,000 reviews so far.

However, to counterbalance opinions, we found this answer on Quora, which is not a direct Achology review but can add a lot to the discussion. This comment was addressed by David Steele, a Marriage and Family Therapist specialized in Relationship coaching and founder of the Relationship Coaching Institute.

His main concern about online coaching training is that completing an online course about coaching without actually DOING coaching and acquiring coaching skills with the help of skilled trainers does not necessarily help you become a qualified, skilled, professional coach.
